“Lovely dell monitor (S2316H) and a bargain! Had an issue with the stand being scratched, sent a couple of photos and offered a replacement stand. Excellent customer service, especially Alex. Many thanks and won't hesitate to use again. 10/10!”

“The website is not particularly good, but don't let this put you off. The service is excellent and the prices are very competitive. I purchased a number of new DELL monitors, all arrived on time and in excellent order, it's clear to see these had also been tested first before sending out. The communication from NRG throughout the process was very helpful and informative. Solid company, will use them again when required.”

“The team have been fantastic in helping me sought out a problem with an AIO system. The software was glitching out so I was getting blue screens. They worked with me to resolve with the backdrop of a replacement system if the fault couldn't be solved. Really good service”
