“I purchased a 2nd hand dell inspiron from NRG:IT and couldn't be happier. The product was dispatched promptly and I saved over £300 off the retail price. The battery's storage capacity is slightly diminished, but I still get a good 5 hours doing normal web browsing. I would definately use NRG:IT again.”

“I bought a Dell - UP3216Q monitor. I thought I bought a new one, but it was refurbished. This was a mis-understanding, and they did not display on their advert that it was refurbished. They picked it back up and gave a refund, without costing me anything. I rate very highly for their quality advice and great service.”
