“The staff, Alex, is very kind and helpful. He swiftly replied my inquire made online and further explained me the detail of the warranty for the monitor I bought. Yes. I was buying a refurbished product, but I received the best shopping experience I have ever have. Oh yes. The monitor work perfectly too.”

“I can't recommend this company more highly. The prices are great and the customer service is exceptional. I had an issue with my initial order, but it was resolved professionally and to my complete satisfaction. I'm really happy with the monitor I purchased and it was a real pleasure to deal with NRG:IT, especially a chap called Alex. “The level of the pre- and post-purchase customer service support was just fantastic! Alex from customer service not only gave me a fast and wonderful advice on which monitor suites better for my needs, but also instructed me over the phone (after I bought the monitor) how to install everything with me new computer. I was really impressed how friendly and helpful the people in the NRG:IT's calling centre are! Thank you, Alex!”

“Ordered a Dell Ultra Sharp UP2716D monitor. Best price I could find on the internet and received it within 3 working days, P&P free of charge. Excellent communications from confirmation of order to delivery. Great service. Never used them before, never even heard of them before. First impressions, 10/10.”

“Very honest / ethical people to deal with. Although I decided to return the machine I had bought within my statutory rights period, because it proved unsuitable for my purposes, nevertheless there was no argument / questioning on the part of the company. Alex proved to be brilliant in the advice he had given me all along, and whilst he did try his best to source an alternative solution, alas this did not happen. All in all, a pleasant company to deal with and I would recommend highly.”
