“Delivery turned up on time but unfortunately once unpacked, item found to damaged. Contacted company and received a quick response with regard to the replacement item being sent out and was kept up to date with the progress. Replacement item arrived again on time and this time OK. Very pleased with the product and customer service, would defiantly use again and recommend to friends and family.”

“Truthfully I was skeptical when purchasing a monitor from this website not only because its the first time I've heard of this website but I don't seem to trust refurbished goods. However, when I received my Alienware AW2518H it was in perfect condition apart from a stuck pixel which after contacting NRG:IT I was immediately contacted by an amazing bloke, Alex who dispatched the replacement monitor the next day. I didn't have to worry about sending the monitor back and being left stranded with no monitor for days instead my replacement arrived in two days of contacting NRG:IT and the replacement was even better I could easily say its brand new still with the original protective stickers. Couldn't recommend this website more for the professionalism and amazing refurbished Dell products they sell.”

“Excellent service. I've not used NRG:IT before, but very happy I did this time. Excellent communications and rapid delivery via DPD with a guaranteed 1 hour time slot. I found NRG to be thoroughly professional and I highly recommend them.”
