“I bought a computer monitor from NRG:IT and later found out that it wasn't totally right for my needs. Alex was incredibly helpful, guiding me towards more appropriate choices and then simultaneously picking up the unsuitable monitor and delivering the new one. It was effortless on my part and a joy to deal with Alex at all times.
