“Customer service is excellent, i had many questions & Alex was great explaining all information. The Dell UP2715K was brand new & sealed like Alex told me. NRG IT is a legit genuine store & i would have no hesitation ordering from here again. Thanks Alex, ur the best... :)”

“Excellent service & follow up from Alex when I had a slight problem. Sorted over the 'phone. Only problem was my debit card details were not accepted for some inexplicable reason. No problem with my Building Society. Had to use PayPal.”

“My order arrived fast and on time, and even though my product was damaged in transit, as soon as I got in touch, a new one was shipped next day, and the damaged product collected, and the new product is working fine. Excellent service all things considered.”

“i had a very good experience dealing with NRG.it. the person i spoke to on the phone was very polite and informative and called me back as soon as the item i wanted was available. the speed of delivery was very quick and generally i am very happy with the service i received. my item was packaged well too. can't fault.”

“Great price and service, I was very happy with the purchase. My only caveat is that I feel they should be more explicit that any item marked as "new" is really a formerly returned item. That wasn't entirely obvious to me, but then again the price and excellent service more than make up for that.”

“Delivery was fantastic quick, however, I noticed 5 dead pixels on my screen, despite the website saying their returns only covers 6 or more dead pixels, I sent in an email anyway and then later received a phone call to confirm the issue so they've sent out a replacement on the very same day for next day delivery! NRG:IT is definitely a company I'll be keeping in mind for future purchases, their customer service is exceptional! They really know how customer service works and they do it good. They're even going to check my replacement before they send it out to guarantee it's dead pixel free. Within two hours I received an email confirming the dispatch. Overall a phenomenal experience buying from them.”
