“Easy to order. Delivered faster than expected and used a good courier (DPD, not the likes of Yodel!) I'll be honest, I'm sceptical of sites using top level domains that aren't .com or .co.uk (or other country based TLD) but it all went very smoothly.”

“The Dell monitor was delivered the day following payment, and it is immediately in use. Alex was most helpful in suggesting we use Microsoft Security Essentials as an anti-virus, with Skybot to protect against Mallwares. and have disabled Kaspersky. With these changes our Acer X3400 purchased February 2011 is now working perfectly! John Barmby”

“I rarely leave reviews. I expect good service as a norm and it is irksome to be asked to give a review of basic or indifferent service. This is different. I asked NRGIT if I could give a review. The service I got from Alex, the advice and help he gave was so very good, that it deserves to be praised. Wholeheartedly recommended.”

“Excellent, great speedy delivery and comparatively priced. I ordered a DELL 27" UHD monitor at the best price online, I wasn't sure if it would be the latest release version A03 at the price but I need not have worried as it was indeed the very latest spec.”

“Before I make my purchase I had a number of questions concerning the service and the actual product. The NRG: IT support team answered these questions in a professional and quickly manner. Re insuring me to be confident to make a purchase with them. The key selling points are the 3 year on-site warranty and the low product price compared to other re-sellers. The only downside was that I had to wait over 3 months for the product to come available in stock. Suggest that the company has a method in which to inform customer when the product is in stock and provide any updates if there were any delays. As to the receipt of the product, it came delivered in a timely manner and well packaged to ensure that the product came to me in one piece. Overall I am happy with the service and product that I have purchased from this company. Product: Dell U2515h Date of purchase: 03/10/2016”
