“I had never heard if them before so I was a bit nervous about placing an order... But I did. They were excellent. I would highly recommend them. When I had placed the order, I was worried about something to do with the item. So I contacted them and they went out of their way to help me. ( Them being NRG:IT ) Trust me, you can trust them... Adrian, Braintree, Essex.”

“Have ordered 2 identical monitors within 6 months, on receiving the second i thought there was an issue with the colour reproduction between the two. I emailed the company and received a prompt response with steps to solve the issue (which was achieve by entering factory diagnostics). I have to say i am very impressed and cannot praise them (Alex) enough. With respect to delivery and packaging, I had no issues, they are first class. I would thoroughly recommend and I am more than likely to use them again in future.”

“Bought a Dell U2412M monitor back in early Jan 2016 and the purchase was very smooth and easy, it was delivered very quickly and is working fine so far ( now early April 2016 ) I would have no problem buying from them again.”

“Undoubtedly one of the best companies I have ever dealt with! I had a few issues with my new computer at first, but the prompt responses and assistance offered by Alex & his team were very reassuring and things were put right immediately. I now have a wonderful Dell computer at a great price with exceptional customer service - I thoroughly recommend NRG:IT - fabulous!”
