I am writing this to send our thanks and appreciation for all the help and assistance provided by Louise at the Remarkable Maroochydore store yesterday. Louise has assisted us on more than one visit, each time she has been extremely helpful. Louise has sound knowledge of the products, is very friendly and ensured all our questions were answered, even though on both occasions she was busy as the only staff member in the store. Looking forward to receiving our new firepit and outdoor furniture arriving over the coming weeks. Thanks again Louise!

Visited the Nunawading Store three times looking at Outdoor Furniture for my new Apartment. The range was fantastic and Nikki was absolutely fantastic in explaining the benefits of my final purchase. Thank you Nikki for your fantastic service 10 out of 10 for your assistance

I was assisted by Louise in the Maroochydore store. She was very helpful and went above what was expected in obtaining the table I required to complete the outdoor setting I have purchased from Remarkable Maroochydore and cannot wait to start using it.

Milan at Remarkable Furniture was absolutely great to deal with. I purchased some Nardi Chairs. The product is stylish, reasonably priced and appealing. I would definitely shop with Milan again and highly recommend him to anyone seeking outdoor furniture. - Rod

We are extremely disappointed in the service received by the Maroochydore store. We were quoted 2-3 weeks delivery on a table that was only coming from Victoria to Queensland, we needed it before Christmas and before we travelled overseas, it actually took over 5 weeks to come into the warehouse and we were then told they needed a weeks notice to get it to the store for pick up. We were unable to pick up the table when it actually arrived as we were already away and the staff were very rude when we told them they would have to hold it until we returned. When we went to pick up the table it was on the paperwork emailed to us, to collect it from Dock C. Which, when we arrived at Dock C were told it was unmanned and we had to carry the table ourselves, from the store through the shopping centre and out to the loading dock, they did offer us a small dolly to to help us!! Fortunately my husband was with me…….. but it was absolutely ridiculous that we, as customers, were not told this was the process ahead of time and that we had to move and lift a heavy table by ourselves, through the shops and out to the dock. What would they have done had I turned up on my own to collect the table? I will certainly never purchase again from this store, the staff were rude and having to carry your own furniture through a shopping centre and out to the loading dock is ridiculously bad service.

Dear Jackie, First and foremost, we want to extend our sincerest apologies for the frustration and inconvenience you experienced with your recent purchase at our Maroochydore store. After thoroughly reviewing your concerns with our Maroochydore store manager and the team, we acknowledge that the service you received did not meet the high standards we set for ourselves. We understand that the delay in the delivery of your table, especially during a time-sensitive period like Christmas, was not only inconvenient but also fell short of the expectations set during your purchase. We also realise that the communication regarding the pick-up process was not as clear as it should have been. We agree that customers should be fully informed of such processes in advance to prepare accordingly. It is evident that this lack of clarity led to further dissatisfaction, for which we are truly sorry. We are taking steps to improve our processes, including better communication about delivery times and pickup procedures, and reinforcing our staff training to enhance customer interactions. As a gesture of our commitment to making things right and as a sign of goodwill, we would like to offer you free delivery to the same suburb as per your invoice, should you choose to shop with us again. We hope this will demonstrate our dedication to improving your shopping experience with us. Thank you for bringing these issues to our attention, and we hope to restore your faith in our store.

Really practical and helpful advice juggling a small terrace space that needed shading. Went in with one idea and came away with something much better. Appreciated not being sold something that wouldn’t have worked as well.

They charge $99 for shipping, then ship the wrong item, don't check if the customer is even available on the delivery day they've unilaterally chosen, and then when they arrive with an item missing they offer no compensation. The least they could do is refund the shipping fee considering they didn't deliver the correct item. Other brands offer much better customer service.

Remarkable furtniture in Alexandria sold me 8 outdoor Nardi chairs. The quality is fantastic and they look amazing. The hcustomer service I received from Milan and team was perfect in every way. He went above and beyond to help me and was incredibly patient while I agonised over colour choices and styles, letting me exchange without fuss when I changed my mind. Thanks Milan!!

My shopping experience at Remarkable Outdoor Living's Alexandria store was truly delightful. The staff, especially Stephan, went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and memorable purchasing journey. Stephan even printed me a few fact sheets about the concrete table to take home for further research. From providing material fact sheets to ensuring the best deals, their customer service was top-notch and exceeded all my expectations.
