Is there a credit check when applying for properties ?

Hi Jade, thanks for reaching out. Yes, we do carry out a credit check when somebody applies to rent a property. It is important to note that we do not receive a "pass" or "fail" result; we receive information which we include in a comprehensive report provided to the property owner, so that they can make an informed desicion on whether or not to proceed.
