“Scam. They'll force you to make an account to get the contact details for properties, which aren't even real by the way! So many numbers I called tell me these properties aren't theirs or don't know about "rentola".
They'll lure you in with €1 for 7 days then €39 per month saying you can cancel within 7 days. But they don't let you cancel before 24 hours and delete your account so you can't cancel after! Absolute scam.”

“BEWARE OF RECURRING PAYMENTS ! I clicked by mistake on the free trial, never used the site and then hammered with a bill for £35 which is extortionate.
If I hadn't noticed it I'd be paying every month !
I'd advise anyone to be very careful dealing with a site that charges so much for such a service and recurring payments like this. Rentola are very clever they charge £1 for 7 days but there is 28 days mentioned in the pitch so scanning quickly as we do you think you have a month, most of us forget anyway and unless you check your statements every month ........Be careful”

Renewed subscription after the 1 EUR for 1 week trial period without proper notification. Then refused to return my money because I had cancelled the subscription after the renewal.

They charged me 1 dollar for the 7 day trial and when I forgot to cancel my subscription, they charged 39 euros immediately. The caveat is, I am unable to remove my subscription at all. In my profile, they say I am not subscribed and that I am not allowed to use their service. So I payed a hefty amount of money for a non-service. If I am not subscribed, then why charge me at all?
I just called my bank to cancel my online card right away. It seems these people will resort to anything to take your cash and a catastrophe might ensue!”
“Scam and more! They listed the property from different site and on rentola the property appeared as the one in localization i wanted to rent. So I almost paid this small amount for the trial BUT:
! 1. The trial info 7 days for 5 PLN was scam as well, because when I wanted to pay it showed 5 EURo which is 4x more money!
!! 2. The original loc of the apartment was different(from the original owners). It was THIS site showing it in localization I wanted to rent- probably just to make money they wanted me to believe that this property is there!
So much SCAM stringing and cheating !

All the prices quoted on the website were incorrect (grossly understated) and even the landlords were unaware of the site (raising the question of how the properties are listed in the first place). No response from the email account they have listed and no working phone number.

It’s a SCAM, these adverts are available for free and are not theirs to begin with, I found my property on their site! I never listed with them!
