“Absolutely useless. I didn't even get my property from them. Better to use Zoopla/Rightmove, plus they are free. Rentola will just suck money out of you. No reminder before trial period ends, so of course people tend to forget and the next thing they know is that £35 being deducted from your bank. I'll never go back again.”

This is a fraudulent site. They implore you to pay in order to get the contact information of the landlord, but once you pay, you merely get redirected to another site, also requiring payment. This continues ad infinitum, all with different sites under the same owner. You never actually get any information, it doesn't exist.
It doesn't seem as if this site offers any real service, I have not been able to locate any proof that the listings actually even exist. I located one of the landlords listed, by other means, and they were adamant that there was no such listing. In other words, the listings on this site are fictions.
Additionally, anyone unlucky enough to have joined the service, will be actively prevented from leaving the service. In a just world, the creators of these sites would serve hard time.”
“Total scam. Be careful! They ask you for 2 full deposit by immediate bank transfer to see the property. Then they say your transfer isn't arrived within 24 hours so they can't schedule the visit. The landlord gaslights you by saying your payment takes a lot. Spoiler: they will confirm your payment and then disappear. When you ask them to arrange the visit they say an agent will contact you. This never happens though. When you ask for a refund, they don't answer. They will be contacted soon by our lawyer.”

“I am an investor and a real estate broker. Rentola had a posting of my property for lease posted by a fraudster. I asked Rentola to remove the post. They did not, so I contacted the fraudster by joining with the required $2 fee. Then Rentola started demanding a premium membership $55 and did not reply to my emails about my complaint. I would not be surprised half of their postings are fraudulent. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.”

I am making a complain about them to the Dutch consumer rights.
I did not use the service they offer. No real house option just pointing to other sites.
Their site is appearing in house rental searches. One can easily subscribe for 1 euro but it is a nightmare to unsubscribe before the trial period. Customer service reacts only after trial period so they can send the invoice for month and it cannot be objected.”
