This is a total scam. They refused to refund my card after charging me 39 EUR for nothing. They completely ignored my request to cancel the subscription I didn't even know about. They claimed they sent me a subscription notification email and that I opened it from the United States, but the truth is that I am not in the United States and I don’t have that email in my inbox, not even in my spam folder. I had to contact my bank and request a chargeback. Never pay even 1 EUR to this company. All their ads will redirect you to other websites. Always!

The website is awful to use. Everytime you use "filters" when you make a single change, it takes you back to the original page. It's full of adverts and after paying for the subscription it still doesn't give you the "landlords" details as it just hides away the agencies that deal with the house. Would never use again.

SCAM!!!! SCAM!!!! SCAM!!!! This is a fraudulent website wrongly stating that they have private house advertise, but when you try contacting the landlord it goes to an estate agency website. So there are the same properties you find on Rightmove or Zoopla. Do not fall for their lies!!! I tried paying £1 for 7 days subscription to be able to contact the landlords, which does not happen, because it just shows you the different estate agent’s website, so private properties do not exist here!!! After the 7 days period they started taking £35 per month and I don’t even use the website. Now they will not refund me and you can’t contact them either, on chat there is only a robot and on emails they just send you to the frequently asked questions. So basically they are hiding. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, you can search for the same properties for free on other websites!

I was duped into the £1 for 7 days , the flat I looked at was a clear scammer and tried to get a deposit off me in advance of viewing property , I tried to cancel subscription and it says you can't for 24 hours , thankfully I've cancelled on pay pal , other reviews clearly show the company threaten you to pay each month , don't use this company , the other flats on there site were also listen on reputable agency's , they are clearly just reposting and encouraging scam posts

They offer premium access for 7 days for 1€ and write EXTREMELY LITTLE and hidden that after 7 days 39€ per month will be charged. Yesterday I was charged an additional €39. No notification was sent to me. It's designed to trick people. THIS IS CALLED FRAUD!!!!! I wrote to customer service and contacted them using a form. They told me that a refund is not possible. I wish I had read the reviews earlier so I wouldn't have been scammed.

At first the I was asked to pay £1 to view houses. This morning my account was deducted £35 without my knowledge by this people. Worst of all none of the houses listed is available among the ones I checked or there’s no way to contact the landlord

Most if them had gone, other agencies had the same property so not exclusive, houses are actually flats or room to share.. and the areas they state are inaccurate.. absolute waste of time and money

They get you into to a 7 day trial for £1 then 7 days later they take £35. When you try to cancel on your phone you have to cancel on a computer I think this is a scam. They show you houses that have already been rented out. Do not get taken in by this website. There is no customer service. I have cancelled the subscription on a computer now have to wait for 10mins for a response BEWARE of this website.

£35 deducted after paying for a basic search. Terrible navigation, filtering feature is below basic. False properties, £100 a month! No updating of properties, most are already let out. This seems like a scam website!

The worst website on earth for looking for a house. First they charge us 39 Euros for their services, and when you look for an accomodation, its always a link to another website. We were looking for a studio and all the places listed on this site are either unavailable or false information which turns out to be a room in an apartment of 8 rooms. The website has horrible user experience, there's no where to reserve the apartment so I wonder what am I paying 39 euros for? or is it a scam?! Dont use this site unless you like to throw your mney.

Rentola is a complete scam operator Do not sign up for free trial they then charge you a whopping 35 pounds after . When I call a listed rental property the rent was grossly incorrect stating it was 550 per month when actually 550 per week. This needs proper shutting down by consumer watchdog and I will contact every source to do so
