“Repair your mobile was recommended by my local phone store in launceston as the only place to send my iPhone after shattering the screen. A quick call established the price of a replacement screen. I sent my phone off on Thursday and they called on Saturday morning saying repair was done, also suggested glass screensaver for £5.00 to prevent further damage. Phone arrived on Tuesday morning, very well packaged and like new. Very impressed will recommend to all. Steve Dent, Truscott Cornwall”

“I don't usually write review but the service you will receive from Repair our Mobile is the best they are very professional and helpful communication is very good and I will trust them with any of my devices. “I used this company as a walk-in service to repair my daughter's iPod Touch home button. Very happy with the service, repaired at a fixed cost which I thought was reasonable. Would definitely use again.”

“Phone was repaired quickly, but a sticky residue kept oozing from the cracks. Had to use contact cleaner to get rid, but it kept reappearing over a week or two. Gradually it has disappeared, but it was rather annoying, as it was very slimey all over the screen. Also quite expensive compared to a new phone.”

Hi Nick, sorry to see your review. Unfortunately due to the nature of the repair on the Samsung screens occasionally you will get some weepage of the bonding glue. This does shortly go away as you mentioned. Had we known about it we could have sent you some wipes or had it returned to us free of charge to rectify. With regard to the price I can only say we are very transparent with our pricing and the £45 you paid for the screen repair(prior to us completing the repair - so no hidden costs) is very competitive within the market place. “I sent in a perfectly functioning Samsung S4 mobile but with a cracked outer screen which was replaced for a sum of £50 but on its return the handset was found to be faulty so I rang them to discuss this matter but no answer so I left a voicemail message for them to contact me and also an email was sent but I have never had an answer to either and that was around 9 months ago! The phone was sent back to Samsung for repair and it has worked faultlessly ever since so all in all a very expensive screen repair but the most alarming part of this sorry affair is the appalling customer service from this company..... no more to say really.”

Hi Ann, I have looked through all old emails and cannot find anything from you other than the original order. Apologies if we have missed that somehow. “I had previously used an alternative company (Phoneangels) to repair my cracked iPad2 screen but the repair took in excess of three weeks. When the product was returned it didnt work to the specification. They didnt asnwers my emails or phone calls and attempted to charge me extra amount during the repair period. Therefore trust for PhoneAngels to correct the repair diminished. I was advised by Pay Pal to be cautious so I used "Repair My Mobile" at my extra cost who were "BRILLIANT". Thier service was as stated on website and I could talk to someone. They returned the fully working Item within a week and would highly recommend this company.”

“I send my phone with a badly cracked screen. Upon its prompt return, the phone was as good as new. They had also fixed the case which was slighly damaged too which was nice! Cannot recommend them enough.”
