“Their local agents were really helpful, texted us before the appointment with a two hour window, followed by the engineer confirming his estimated time of arrival - he was 10 minutes late due to unforeseen traffic. The engineer was polite, and fixed both the issue we had reported along with a couple of others he spotted, all within the fee charged. While others have obviously had poor experiences I wanted to show that it can be good news”

“the engineer visited to diagnose the fault a part was ordered Another engineer visited and fitted the part - problem solved We were kept advised of the situation at all times Engineer visit between 1 and 3 pm - turned up at 1.30 PM I have read many bad reviews but our experience was very good”

“Booked for a repair to our Neff oven. Arrived on the appointed day and stated that the part required for the repair would have to be ordered and would take a few days. Told engineer that we were going away for a few days and he said that he would contact us on our return. Received a telephoned call the day before going away and appointment made for day after we returned. Attended on the appointed and repair carried. Brilliant service and would definitely use again.”
