“The cashiers at the Reserved store in Munich, Marienplatz, especially one of the women on the ground floor, were extremely rude. Her behaviour was hateful! This is a perfect example of completely wrong customer service. I will never go to Reserve anywhere else.”

W słowniku tych panienek nie występują słowa: proszę, dziękuję, przepraszam. Są ordynarne, nie potrafią liczyć, a klientów traktują jak złodziei- zwłaszcza w momencie, kiedy same próbują okraść człowieka przy kasie.”

“I paid for an online order and after 2 days my order was canceled without any explination. I didn't received my money yet. All the products I bought are not available anymore. I recommend not to buy from online and avoid such unpleasent situations with no money and no clothes. I don't recommend the online shop.”
“I placed an order through the website. According to the info there, you can return things FOR FREE through the DPD courier service. The trick is the courier service is not DPD; it's GLS (not the best client service). You have to choose the day from Monday to Friday, you can not choose a time slot, and the courier won't let you know when he or she will come to take the package. So, the idea is, you have to be at home the whole day and waiting for the courier, even if the pick-up point is actually in the same house. Otherwise, you hate to pay for a return by using normal post.
Oh, and of course, you can't just return that package to the offline store.
Obviously, you can not find any of this information on their website, only suffer from the most awful experience ever.”
