“I initially ordered a tin of the dark slate grey patio paint. After applying I was slightly disappointed with the colour, would say it’s more of a mid grey. Ended up being about 2sqm short and couldn’t reorder for 2 weeks as it was out of stock. When I did reorder, they asked for the batch number but when it arrived it was like a light silvery grey, totally different. To rectify I asked them to send a tin of black which they did, and I mixed the two tins together and repainted the entire patio. This is exactly the colour I wanted in the first place and is a true “dark slate grey”.
Warning: it reacts with water and any moisture at all in the slabs will cause it to bubble and flake after a few days so ensure it is entirely dry all the way through before applying. It is touch dry very quickly.”
“Tried for several weeks to contact the sales team to ask a simple question.. is it non stick. Tried chat, email, and phoning several times. Everything was ignored and I was on hold for ages every time. The product went out of stock. When I finally got through, I had no apology and the woman had a bad attitude when I mentioned it. Made me look into reviews, and found I’m not the only one with bad customer service experience. Taking my money elsewhere, as there is a high amount of unemployment and simply no excuse for hiring staff with bad manners now.”
“Terrible customer services. I ordered 10KG of 2 part antislip decking paint. I followed their exact instructions to the letter which they provided and is also on their website. I'm a stickler for doing things right.
Pour 100% of your part B tin in to your part A,
Mix components together for 1 minute using a drill & paddle,
then pretty much paint. Two boxes where delivered. So I opened box one and followed their instructions with the two tins. When I opened box two there was an extra tin in their of anti-slip agency which was completely missing from box one and mentioned no-where on their webpage or instructions which they supple (you can imagine my horrification). I immediately sent an email and got a response from Kierra to date this was on the 20th April 2020 (its now 26th May) and now my emails are continually being ignored 4 emails sent since and had absolutely nothing back in return. I was really wanting to get this sorted by way of a discount or something or something else but nothing and completely blanked. This is honestly terrible customer service. I never really feel the need to complain but in this instance it's completely unacceptable when you have an easy going customer trying to sort things out and you get no reply.”

“From first contacting Resincoat the support and advice has been great.
Having just moved into a newly build house I wanted to ensure the garage floor was painted and all preparations were done correctly. As a keen DIY type person it’s easy to do by yourself although having a second person to assist will help.
My floor had a very smooth surface but I spent the time to ensure all decorators paint splashes and imperfections were removed before applying the etch floor cleaner. After the drying time I then applied the Damp Proof sealer and allowed time to dry.
The products were easy to mix as all the quantities were pre measured and in clearly marked tins.
After painting the floor I also applied the flake just to add some addition to the colour. Finally the clear sealer was applied to give a solid glass like finish.
Having previously used other paint products on other property garage flooring I can honestly say this is the best finish ever!
I had many questions prior to purchase and even between applications, it was reassuring to call the Resincoat team who were very knowledgeable in the products and methods needed.
