Refund - Difficult

They charged $62.13 for a shipping label. Yes $62.13 !!! Then I didn't use it because the shipping cost was too high through the company that they use. Now they won't offer a refund ,only statement credits which I won't use because I will never do business on their site again. I don't recommend using their shipping services. They also do not have customer service phone number, only support through texting and email....

Poor customer service. Was unable to get a refund for a musical instrument that did not work properly. Very frustrating.

Item arrived broken, been in the process of getting a refund for two months thus far despite full proof. The website seems to favour the seller in these situations. I am having to wait while the seller files a claim with the courier as opposed to sending the item back to them first and receiving a refund.

Horrible customer service. Bought a cymbal 4 hours away from me. Took 13 days to get to me it was too late it was present. I refused the order and now 15 days later still no refund. I will never use Reverb again. Warning to the buyers!! Gonna be contacting Better Business Bureau to file a complaint on them.

Found out the neck was manufactured wrong contacted reverb and Tulsa guitar co both used the excuse too much time had passed to give me a refund.

I told them to refund my money immediately and politely asked why it took so long to tell me this.

I sent messages and pictures to the seller asking to return it for a full refund.

I am trying to get a refund now but Reverb tells me I cannot get a refund until the seller gets the synth that he sent to the WRONG address across the country TWICE.
