“The process setting up took longer than I expected which did cause me to be contacted by my bank a few times. I also had to call my loan providers a few times to ask to put my direct debits on hold. But in the end it’s all sorted and I’m super grateful for that Other than that my financial advisor Mel was great! setting up and getting things organised for me. She was very thorough and helpful”
