“Ben was so understanding and wanted to do his best to help me. I was overwhelmed with my situation brought on my loosing my job that he made me feel like there would be some kind of solution available for me. He not only worked on my profile he was always there when I need any question answered. Our last phone call we had some laughs and he told even though you will be assigned to a case worker that I could also reach back to the team that started this all if I need any further assistance.
