“Ben was so understanding and wanted to do his best to help me. I was overwhelmed with my situation brought on my loosing my job that he made me feel like there would be some kind of solution available for me. He not only worked on my profile he was always there when I need any question answered. Our last phone call we had some laughs and he told even though you will be assigned to a case worker that I could also reach back to the team that started this all if I need any further assistance. He is in the right job and I hope great things are coming his way!! Thank you Ben!! ✨✨✨”

“Easy to talk to. Always someone there to help when I needed. The payments were set to what we could afford, and when our circumstances changed and our paydate aswell we found it easy to move the date that the payment came out. The team was very helpful”

“Connie Vargas was respectful and made me feel at ease throughout the entire process. I never felt rushed, even though I understood that time was of the essence. She respectfully allowed me to work at my own pace, especially as some of the matters I needed to discuss were very personal and not easy for me to talk about.
