“I found the service easy, and staff were always helpful and willing to help, and, resolve ,with any issues that I encountered. My only reason, for not giving a 10 star rating was that I actually had to contact the company to find out if my debt had been paid. The result was that I had overpaid by over $2500!! In saying that, I was refunded this money, quickly. And I received sincere apologies. I think that, maybe, you need to look at your system. If I hadn't enquired, I'm sure I would , most likely, be still paying. Just a thought. I appreciated all the assistance I received, and hopefully, I NEVER have to contact you again!! 🤞🤣😉.
