“Almost same day contact after asking for advice on help with my debt. Spoke with Megan and now less than a week later the finishing touches are being put to a management plan that has put my mind at ease and soon my debt behind me. Couldn't ask for better service.”

“Hi, This year! I realised I am in a financial crisis & my situation was not any better. My first impression with Lanyana Financial Group & speaking to Matthew made me feel I was not alone & felt comfortable to discuss with him my financial situation, he was very helpful. Westpac & NAB would not listen to my situation & thought I will be stuck forever. I felt a huge relief that finally someone listened. Matthew was amazing, he gave me confidence my financial situation will be resolved through the Debt Agreement plan & my future will seem more brighter. He guided me through all the steps & procedures for the Debt Agreement application to Debt Agreement approval to Case Manager for any further assistance. Thank you so much. Yours Sincerely S”

“Positive Solutions, have made such a difference to my life and stress levels through the refinancing of my home loan and multiple debts. They were able to consolidate all my debt into one loan at a low interest rate, saving me thousands per month. It required some setup, which they advised and assisted the whole way through-just getting my tax up to date, etc. I am now saving money, previously i was working my self into the ground, just to keep up with all the repayments on multiple loans (home loan/ car loan/ multiple credit cards etc) Did get financial advise from another company, who advised i was in a mess, and could not offer much assistance. My finances are so simple-just one direct debit per month. I COULD NOT HAVE DREAMED ABOUT THIS. Your advise was spot on ! Cannot recommend Positive Solutions more Highly. And they do follow up with there customers to see how its all going-the reason for this review. Thanks so much ! (Meegan) YOUR A LIFE CHANGER !!!!”

“Understanding and non-judgemental consultation - my finances were a mess - I was drowning with all the demands on a limited income. Lanyana provided a practical solution to dealing with financial pressures & stress- without going into further debt or insolvency. I now have a sensible negotiated debt payment that I can afford with all of my unsecured creditors giving me a chance to reset my finances & move forward.”
