“In the past I have dealt with Jake Herd and with the merger, I now have Amy Ridden looking after me. The difference is like chalk and cheese. Jake is a really great guy but just doesn't have the same drive and willingness to go that one step further that Amy has. I was nearly prepared to walk away and I noticed a couple of emails came through from Amy but didn't really pay much attention as I was unwell. My financial position was not getting any better and the extra stress that was giving me was not helping with my help. I was going through my emails and I decided to respond to Amy's email and let her know why I hadn't responded earlier. Amy rang me back within the hour and we had a discussion about where I am at currently. Amy assured me me that she could help me and I feel a lot less stressed about my situation. Thanks Amy”

“We had tried for along time to receive help from the banks in regards to our financial problems. ANZ in particular made it very difficult for us to keep going. Lanyana were very supportive and helpful right from our first contact. They were able to gain a very good outcome for us after dealing with the banks, even with ANZ. Naomi was particularly great to deal with working on our case. She was easily contactable and very caring. It was such an incredible relief for us both mentally and financially to finally have some support from someone who genuinely cared about our situation and worked on it until they received a good result for us.”

“Hi, This year! I realised I am in a financial crisis & my situation was not any better. My first impression with Lanyana Financial Group & speaking to Matthew made me feel I was not alone & felt comfortable to discuss with him my financial situation, he was very helpful. Westpac & NAB would not listen to my situation & thought I will be stuck forever. I felt a huge relief that finally someone listened. Matthew was amazing, he gave me confidence my financial situation will be resolved through the Debt Agreement plan & my future will seem more brighter.
