“I was in arrears for a while and had to catch up on my repayments the consultants I had spoken to over the phone were extremely supportive and able to work with me to catch up on my repayments. Being able to talk to people who were as supportive and friendly as they were put me in a better position and set up affordable repayments so i can clear of the arrears amount. Thank you to everyone involved/”
