“Ordered some perfect fit Venetian blinds. They break approximately every 18-24 months. They don't stay up so when the workshop tightens the cord they work for another 18-24 months then the cord snaps and it needs repairing.
Their showrooms are now closed and they don't keep appointments. Don't show up at all. Very defensive when I was explaining the problem and tried every trick to claim I could not have bought the blinds from them. Unbelievable - I even still have the receipt! Terrible product, terrible attitude of their staff, terrible company.
On the other hand I had used Hillary's for our other blinds who have been excellent. I would recommend them, and avoid Reynolds at all costs.”
