“Colin and Jessica were both friendly, helpful and polite from my very first interaction with them through to completion. I had been struggling to secure a new flat, having a bad experience with other estate agents with oversubscribed viewings and a lot of disappointment. Colin showed me around the property and answered all my questions, he was genuinely invested in helping me to secure the flat. Jessica was on hand for all the follow up documents and questions. I had a couple of things that needed to be fixed upon moving in, this was booked in and completed within the first 2 weeks. A refreshing property company and one I would certainly use again without a doubt and recommend to anyone in Birmingham!”

“Fantastic experience with Tom and Jessica from start to finish. From the viewings, managing expectations, keeping me updated, sending useful photos and videos of the property, making sure the flat ready for move in, answering any questions I had with contracts etc. It was all so seamless and effortless. “I would recommend Rhubarb Property. I and my husband have been arriving to UK less than 1 month, and we are not familiar with the rental market totally in Birmingham. It is so demanding and we feel very stressed to find a right apartment for our stay. We separately found 4 Property agents but I dare to say the staffs in Rhubarb are most friendly, as they really talked to us to understand our requirements and expectations and called us whenever they got appropriate property that well fit our budget. During the viewing, Collin is very helpful. He clearly presented and explained the key features of the apartments. Even sometimes we feel the apartment not completely yet fit us or we want to seek for a better one, he will not give us any hard feelings or stress. On the other hands, he welcomes our feedback and always tries his best to introduce all similar properties that can match with our needs. He really listens to us and he is always patient to help us! Also, Jessica is helpful and responsive. She is a Tenancy Coordinator who able to reply to our enquiry quickly and help us solve the problem we met in Background check and payment stage. I think we do raise many questions, as this is our first time to rent in UK. But she doesn’t show any impatience and her attitude makes us feel confident and less worried. It is our pleasure to receive her help these days. Thanks for her prompt reply all the time! We would say thanks to them and please give a chance to their team. Greatly recommend!!”
