“Recently visited richersounds chester and was left feeling disappointed and rejected by the staff attitude. I inquired about purchasing whargedale speakers but was pretty much instantly given a sales pitch, being advised to double my budget to over £800 for a different product. When I pressed for the wharfedales I was told they had none in stock and could take upto 2 months, a vague "could be next week, could be a couple of months" explanation. Unimpressed as I was advised to visit by a good friend. Very disappointed, my advised would be "avoid and go else where". 🤬 G R Walker.”
