“High on service and low on price.”

“The listening facilities and the service was both good and honest. I have invoked the Richer Sounds price promise on two occasions and this is always dealt with fairly. I have always found staff to be friendly and fair. Overall, a very good level of service.”

“We visited this store from scarborough to purchase a tv and found staff Gavin and the manager Dylan very helpful (as they were the ones we dealt with) and nothing was too much trouble!”

“I did not know much about the music systems and thought of richer sounds as it sounded like the place. It was immediately obvious that it was the right place as we walked in. I can't recommend it more . Matt and Gavin were both brilliant at explaining things on two separate occasions. They are not your typical sales people. Well done richer sounds”
