They did take payment for this and now it’s been over three weeks now and I’m still waiting for a refund and I keep getting the runaround. I don’t recommend ordering anything from Ricky’s If you can’t buy it in the store, I wouldn’t buy anything that you have to order”

Melissa was friendly, readily available to answer my questions and genuinely helpful. She helped me find styles and clothing that fit perfectly and were absolutely beautiful! I came to exchange a blouse that I had bought which was too small, so Mildred assisted me with finding the next size up, and then also suggested I try some of similar blouses of different colors. While I was checking to see which would be my favorite color, Mildred and Nel told me about a special offer - buy 5 things (any items in the store) before noon, and get 15%off. So I ended up buying 2 beautiful new blouses and 3 pairs of socks, and received the 15% discount. After this purchase I thought I should also try on a purple Secondary Layers Cardigan, and I was surprised by how nice it looked! Mildred advised me which size fit best, and Nel helped with the discount and points redemption, so the beautiful cardigan was an amazing deal! “I ordered tops about a month ago. the order came in quick. which I loved. however, opening package after package of cropped tops was unsettling. literally the bottom halves of the shirts were chopped off. I get it that it's a style for some people, but, the pictures were quite misleading. so, be careful when ordering. I literally gave away 300.00 worth of tops. I'd rather shop in the store.”
“I am thrilled with my experience shopping at Ricki’s in Dieppe, NB. I found all kind of deals and the staff went above and beyond to make my time in the store very pleasant. One item that I tried (a sweater) on was too large so I thought “oh well, I guess I am out of luck” as this was the only one left in the store. Well, when I got to the checkout the sweet girl behind the desk said “oh, I can check to see if there is a medium available”. There was a medium and it arrived at my home 5 days later (by mail). Perfect fit. I will certainly make Ricki’s my “go to” store.”

“I really hate to shop!!! I haven't been shopping for clothes for the last couple of years. I would usually walk into a store, look around, and then walk out with nothing. Thanks to Pat, (the sales lady at the East Gwillimbury location,) I spent an hour with her and ended up buying 7 beautiful pieces of clothing.
