“I placed an order on October 1st (20 days ago) to ship to store. They took the payment that day. No shipping and have sent three emails and they haven't replied instead what did they do they just tried to take the payment they put through on October 1st out again - and still no replies.
It is sad I have been shopping with Rikki's and Cleo for years. I can guarantee this isn't the same store - customer should be very wary - they don't even post a phone number to speak to a real person and they definitely don't respond to emails (over a week since first one sent).”

They did take payment for this and now it’s been over three weeks now and I’m still waiting for a refund and I keep getting the runaround.
