“Highly not recommended,I Booked CBT for 3 Morrison Avenue Chingford London ,E48SN .
The instructor was rude and was not willing to explain or repeat Guidelines,He just wasted my whole day & at 1 o clock he said your CBT is not passed.I have done My Masters from 1 one the Top University in London also passed my Driving theory test in 1st attempt & he just bully me by saying go learn some English first and you can pay me for further training.If you want to pass the CBT .I am riding bike from last 10 years & never met any Hazard. This person really disappointed me .”

Highly Not recommended this center for CBT bcz british instructor was cruel having Defeatism attitude, He started day with question answer session (5-6 Q) with me, I answered all but on one question he didn't satisfy and reply not to proceed further and rejected me from CBT, I am PhD research student having good exposure of English, I was astound eighter this one is a training or exam and why is need to be an expert of British accent, but sad to say, this was the requirement of Instructor. I lost my £195+ bcz my choice was this center (Alpha Motorcycle training)

“Motorcycle Jacket I bought 8 months ago as part of a New Rider Pack is falling apart I've asked for an exchange but they are adamant that they have to send back to Spada the manufacturer for assessment for repair lol,the lining inside the jacket is coming away from the neck and the Velcro strip is coming apart on the front zipper.I sent pictures showing everything that was falling apart but it seems this is not enough.By sending it back it leaves me without a jacket!! And as I ride my bike every day to get to work and back I will have to buy another whilst it is away for repair!! More money!!!!Absolute joke of a company I will not be using them again that's for sure,really abysmal service.Stay well clear!!!”

I turned up for 5 mins and was told I couldn't do the test.
I had shoes that was inline with my ankle and was told that wasn't good enough.
I then tried to make solutions and asked him if I could get boots before we went out on the road.
He then said I couldn't. He had spare boots but wouldn't let me use them.
I then tried to contact the customer service, they then were not helpful at all and they basically didn't really care about anything I told them and again had made no effort to make me the customer happy.
Terrible customer service and terrible instructor.
I phoned up another ride school in the local area and was told that what they are doing is illegal and they hand out equipment for free when needed!
Don't make the same mistake as me!”
“The worst company in London! They mailed the wrong address ok on the day of my test.
They have not sent me a phone number to get help in case I need it on the day you can just speak to a robot
I got to the right place with the help of a friend and they wouldn't let me join the group because I was late.
They wouldn't reimburse me or put me through another test and I lost 200 pounds.
