“It would be nice to search by keyword too, like on prime location. i.e rural, barn etc. The click a circle for an area tool is a bit tricky to work.”

“Overall I have been happy with the service provided by Right Estates especially the selling of my property and the information provided before I agreed to use this agency. The down fall has been the lack of communication from the after service team, which was not really their fault but the lack of stressing to my buyer the need to ensure effective and informative communication regarding key information such as holidays, work commitments. This is why I am suggesting that some sort of agreement is drawn up that states buyers and sellers must ensure key information is shared, as it will make the employees job easier within this department and keep customers much happier”

“There is a risk that your stats on price moves by area are skewed by the variations in the mix of properties. E.g. If in an area better class properties start to be offered, the apparent price increase will be exaggerated, cf East London”
