“Double check with the agent selling the property through rightmove to check that the property is in fact still available because many times rightmove have been advertising properties already sold, so not very up to date always. :-(”

“Great for buyers. Not so great for sellers forced to use local agents who are now just lazy and think all they need to do is take some pics, post a description , sit back and count the money. They are now clueless to what marketing now entails and their solution is to drop the price in a rising market? But as a buyer it provides everything you need to know. ????”
