“It is frustrating that the when a house is sold it takes several days for this to be recorded on rightmove. On several occassions we called the agent about a house advertised on rightmove and they informed us that it take days for the STC badge to go up.”

“I buy refurbish and sell (or rent out) on proerties. It would be good if you had some means to send out summaries of properties in the area in need of refurbishment etc. (or other categories for others such as in vgc etc). Currently I subscribe to' Pick Up a Property' which alerts me to any proerties for sale within my area with key words such as 'modernisation' etc Then I can target these in my searches.”

“Don't be too specific in your search criteria or your search area or you will be disappointed. Extend your search options and sometimes little gems pop up. But be quick and get on that phone or they will have gone. Use the email alerts daily and look at them... They can be properties new to the site within an hour of being released. Rightmove is a way of introducing you to estate agents. Use that link.”
