“Rightmove is easy to use, has most of the available property in all areas and you can search property in a few in seconds. The map, street view option very useful. You can also select, 'sale agreed' and it highlights property so you can see what's selling at what price etc in your area if you are a seller. You can draw a search area which is useful if you have an unusual search area and you can select criteria to suit your search to save time. Highly recommend it, it's the best out there and has been for years. The only improvement could be for them to show the property hits (Zoopla now do this and I think it's an advantage).”

“the only criticism is that we need even more details from agents about sizes, community fees where appropriate, genuine local photographs and better internal photos. Use better photographers is the message to agents because many of us can and do eliminate accurately from the details; why would we waste time viewing and waste our and their time on deal breakers like next to "rubbish dump of a garden", motor homes/ caravans parking nearby; excessive parking where many cars are on street. Also for flats show added costs which for most buyers are a drain on their income and deal breakers. Community fees and their coverage should be shown as well as council tax.”

“I have taken part in your survey I have spoken truly Some of your questions were absolute tat (ie do I love rightmove ) Why oh why would you ask such a stupid thing like that Do you not know to love you have to get to know the thing or the person Then after some time the love could blossom. I guess this won't be one of the replys that gets picked or used But let's be honest you started the silly questions so I only followed what you started And if you don't use this please please please tell me why Good luck David”
