“I just submitted a survey and I found that geography is WRONG, ridiculous for a survey relating to a web site dedicated to selling houses across the country. A question asks for the nearest city and option for Essex was Colchester WHICH IS A TOWN NOT A CITY I put the next nearest CITY which was Cambridge. The only CITY in Essex is Chelmsford which is also the administrative centre. East Anglia seems to be the forgotten region and sometimes it feels as if large organisations know as much about this region as outer Mongolia and I bet even then most would know the capital was Ulan Bator! Rant Over”
