“Just put our home for sale on Rightmove overseas. The team were very helpful and we found the process to be quite easy once we understood what we had to do. Not easy for us wrinklies!”

“It would be nice to search by keyword too, like on prime location. i.e rural, barn etc. The click a circle for an area tool is a bit tricky to work.”

“Overall I have been happy with the service provided by Right Estates especially the selling of my property and the information provided before I agreed to use this agency. The down fall has been the lack of communication from the after service team, which was not really their fault but the lack of stressing to my buyer the need to ensure effective and informative communication regarding key information such as holidays, work commitments. This is why I am suggesting that some sort of agreement is drawn up that states buyers and sellers must ensure key information is shared, as it will make the employees job easier within this department and keep customers much happier”

“I think overall the site is very good. However I do experience problems sometimes when clicking too quickly through the pictures as the screen locks and the photos tend to move to other areas of the screen. It would also be useful if you could have an area which gave more information about local areas. If you are looking for a property in an area which is unfamiliar, this would be really helpful. Especially if it was warts and all!”

“The main disappointing thing about the kindle and ipad app is there is no location button so I sometimes prefer prime location as they do this function and also there property pictures are very good but they don't have all the houses available, but if they did I would always use them. Just a note I bought a property for my son thru seeing it first on right move so I feel confident in your market spread but I do compare with prime location site so you would be well advised to update the app as I am a typical user.”
