“I buy refurbish and sell (or rent out) on proerties. It would be good if you had some means to send out summaries of properties in the area in need of refurbishment etc. (or other categories for others such as in vgc etc). Currently I subscribe to' Pick Up a Property' which alerts me to any proerties for sale within my area with key words such as 'modernisation' etc Then I can target these in my searches.”

“Great website for everyone to buy and sell property, but would be good if Rightmove offered direct selling to members of of the public instead of us having to use rip off estate agents .... Estate agents are just glorified jump up monkeys and have no skills in property .... its about time the government clamped down on these rip off companies and introduced compulsive training before they can operate has an estate agent ......”
