“The website is easy to naviagate around, and able to click and save properties you see and get back to them later and also to contact the letting agency for feeback and viewings is a nice touch. I woul say the only negative thing was being a bit more clear on description if a property is long term or short term let”

“houses on web site have poor photographs and details of property, also I know of a few people who have bought and sold recently in last couple of months and the houses are still for sale on rightmove, this is so unfair to people who think they have found a property that they would like to view but it is in actual fact sold. rightmove needs to keep the web site updated”

“I don't usually mess about with online surveys as it's usually a waste of my time. However, Rightmove was invaluable to us as we made our last move. The main reasons being that we had a house to sell in Ireland that actually went on the Rightmove site via our Irish estate agent and also looking for property to buy from Ireland enabled us to see locations and price differences. Rightmove helped pave the way for a trouble free move to England”

“The best thing about this site is from your home you are able to look in the area you would like to move to and see realistically if you can afford the houses you like . Then you can also look at area near by before going to an estate agent .”

“Looking to buy my first property next year and even though Im not yet in a position to buy I visit Rightmove to keep an eye on prices and it gives me an idea of whats available in my price tange,fantastic website to use!”

“It would be useful to encourage inclusion of the floor space/size of the property in the initial listing (square ft/m) instead of trying to find it in the floor plans, when available. I have wasted a lot of time looking at property entries too small for my needs because the floor space/ size is not made apparent. It might also be useful to include some information about major bus routes, where properties are not close to train/tube stops.”
