“I advertised direct with Rightmove Commercial and although pleased with the advert (most of the work which I did by myself and which was then put straight onto the Rightmove site by the Rightmove staff) I was disappointed at the service received. It was promised in writing at the time of taking out the advert that I would receive regular feedback etc however, to the contrary I had to email the staff on a few occasions to ascertain how the advert was performing. I decided in the end to withdraw the advert as I felt I wasn't getting the service promised and I didn't feel it was my role to keep chasing the Rightmove staff. Also, whenever I tried to contact a staff member, it appeared that someone new or different was allocated the role of looking after the commercial side of things so no continuity of care. I felt 'lost in the system'. If you are interested in using Rightmove for a commercial advert, think carefully. There are other companies out their which are far more effective both in terms of cost and results!”

“I just submitted a survey and I found that geography is WRONG, ridiculous for a survey relating to a web site dedicated to selling houses across the country. A question asks for the nearest city and option for Essex was Colchester WHICH IS A TOWN NOT A CITY I put the next nearest CITY which was Cambridge. The only CITY in Essex is Chelmsford which is also the administrative centre. East Anglia seems to be the forgotten region and sometimes it feels as if large organisations know as much about this region as outer Mongolia and I bet even then most would know the capital was Ulan Bator! Rant Over”

“Why does it take so long to remove sold properties from your site, I've been going to estate agents time and time again to be told "that property is sold" you tend to loose faith in a site after a while when this is continually happening. Regards Mick”
