“i ordered a parasol for my garden. when it didnt arrive i enquired. was told it was lost in tranit by the courier. was asked if i wanted another one sent. i said yes, but was then told that they were out of stock. got a full refund. noticed that they were back in stock so re ordered only to be told again that it was lost in transit by the courier. phoned them up. was told i would get a next day delivery. never appeared. emailed them. they gave me a tracking number. tracking number was invalid. no parasol. wont answer the phone to me. constant answering machine. very bad service indeed.”

“Product faulty on arrival. I was invited to propose a partial refund amount or collection of the item. I opted for partial refund and left a review of my poor experience, rinkit contacted me and said disappointed I left a review. Why wouldn’t I? Partial refund doesn’t change the substandard condition of the product supplied.”

“I bought 2 separate items from Rinkit- both decorative items for my bathroom. Accidentally did them in 2 separate orders. They arrived much earlier than I expected (I also placed orders from 3 major retailers on the same night and my rinkit orders arrived well before any others). The products look super classy and expensive and it has made the overall appearance of my bathroom look a million dollars. The products arrived in perfect condition, were packaged well, and are great quality.”

“Rinkit also has an Ebay store. I was unaware of the online store but sure am now, especially after being charged five times the amount for an item of which was listed as a set only to arrive as a single item in their Ebay store that is listed for $3.99AU on the Rinkit web page store. How is it legal or allowed that they sell for one amount on their web page and then five times more on Ebay. Have returned item and waiting for a refund on said item. may take a while as they are very slow at responding unless you involve Ebay”

“Set of 6 glasses advertised as 480ml capacity. They only held 450ml.After arguing back and forth over several days, they were never going to admit that the glasses were not 480ml. Had to give up in the end. Not at all impressed!”

“I ordered yellow mugs and was sent mustard mugs a colour i do not like. I contacted ciustomer services who went on to Insult me and did nothiing. They also said they could not meet my whimsical needs. They also bragged I could speak to consumer protection groups all I like. So you have been warned colour is of no importance in your order”

“Update: I take back what I said about them guys. It seems I spoke too soon... I really should have been more patient in this difficult time of lockdown. Hermes have confirmed they have my order and they'll probably be delivering it tomorrow, so my apologies to this first class company who have done nothing but tried their best to get this delivery put to me in these unprecedented times! Top stars for you! 😊👍😘”

“someone from rinkit eventually did reply to my email, they said they're all working from home that's why there is a delay in receiving email confirmation. They said they have my order and it will be sent in 5 days. So I'm hopeful now everything will turn out to be OK. They also said they're returning back to work soon so phone line should be operational from Friday I'll keep you all updated.”

“I made an order on their site about an hour ago but didn't recieve any email confirmation of it, I rang thier number provided on thier website but that keeps on going through to a comportal which says the maibox of the party I'm calling could not be found. I've sent them some emails but have not recieved a reply yet. I'm worried they may be a scam company that is going to nab my £103. Let's see what happens. I'll keep you all updated”

“I have ordered frames several times and also mounts. First lot of frames the box was falling apart but everything inside was very well packaged so not a problem. I am very impressed with the speed of delivery, excellent. I had a problem with my last order, emailed Rinkit and had a response within minutes with a solution. Fabulous customer service.”

“Not even worth one star. Appalling company. Not only did they send me the wrong colour product, but the product that they sent to me was a broken customer returned item - with the previous customer's return slip included. I asked politely for a refund. They asked for photo's. I sent photo's. They said they didn't receive them. I sent them again. I waited a couple of days. I asked politely for an update. They said "I am sorry but it does not look like you received my last reply, we asked for an image showing the item you have received?" I sent the photo's again. Left it a couple of days - no response. I asked again politely for an update (and sent photo's again) - after another couple of days no response. This company is a great example of a bad company. I would advise anyone to stay clear of this company. I eventually got my refund after speaking to a very helpful Amazon operative.”

“I wholeheartedly agree with another dissatisfied customer - minimal & snooty aftersales & that’s being generous! I complained to Rinkit about the poor cheap quality & sun damage to 2 sun loungers I purchased from them - something you don’t expect from products that cost £130 & supposedly “as having been treated with additional UV protection making them perfectly suited to the rigours of the British Summertime” -as quoted from the item’s description on the Rinkit website - but as you can see from the attached photo - both items have faded significantly since purchase & they have been out in the sun for less than 2 summers & were stored inside during the winter months. These items are therefore not fit for purpose stated & when I contacted Rinkit about my dissatisfaction of these products - they were not interested in resolving the issue & accused me of mistreating the items ! They appear ignorant of the Consumer Rights Act 2015. They are a company I will definitely not be dealing with ever again & I certainly would not recommend them to anyone else. BUYERS BEWARE”
