“So far so good. I received the gift token very quickly through the post. I'm glad the return address was in very small print otherwise my husband, who took the post in, may have noticed it which would have spoilt the surprise.”

“Quite simply , the best tasting coffee I’ve ever made . Worth paying a little more for some ingredients I think . And coffee seems to be one of them .”

“I am a new costumer of Rinaldo and I must say I am really impressed with his client focus and service, beyond the quality of his coffee. And I am Italian, so I know what I am talking about. I have ordered from Rinaldo a ECM tamping station and after 2 days I realised it wasn’t in perfect conditions. Not only he replaced it in a blink of an eye but he wrote to me on a Sunday to apologise and confirm he would replace it immediately. Now this is what I call costumer service. Very happy about the way he took care and resolved the issue. Very impressed.”

“Machine arrived in perfect condition and am now in the process of getting used to it. First few days used coffee I was familiar with and it all tasted good. Just tried some of the coffee sent with the machine and thoroughly enjoyed it”

“Liquorice and aniseed tea. Fantastic flavour with a hit of cream. A full bodied tea. Love the flavours and aroma and the taste is second to none.”
