“We love Rinaldo loose leaf tea. Very good service. Arrived within a day or two or ordering. Excellent value. We’ve tried other suppliers for earl grey tea- but found it too expensive for everyday use. Rinaldo win my vote. Thank you.”

“Order coffee regularly, free ( and swift) delivery as I’m local. I love sampling all the different single origins coffees and impressed by Rins’s ethical sourcing of the beans! Best of all the coffee tastes superb and kick starts my day. Thank you Rin and your superb staff Eileen W”

“Amazing personalised service. I searched from Australia for my return to Scotland, to get the right supplier of the ECM machine I had always dreamed of. From start to finish the promise that other reviews told me of a company that cares has stood the test. Even bought extra items like a new milk jug. All wonderful and Rin and the team really care.”

“Glad to have made the 21/2 hour journey to Rinaldo‘s to buy the ECM Synchronika espresso machine and grinder. I also tasted coffee made with this machine unlike anything I had tasted before- fruity and light, no trace of bitterness at all. I was given a thorough tutorial about the equipment and was delighted to find I could match the taste at home with the same single origin coffee using the settings he advised. Both the website and the location are well worth a visit.”

“Brilliant service. I rang Rin about buying an ECM coffee machine and collecting it the following day. Although the store wasn't open and he was only there to roast and post online orders he went out of his way to have our order ready and took the time to to talk us through key point using one of his demonstration models. I have ordered from Rinaldo a”
