“Riverside delivered on time admin usual. I wanted to buy some accessories earlier but waited for a deal to appear. Some great deals came up in autum.”

“Unfortunately I have not got around to using this roasting rack just yet but very pleased with the potential uses I see for it. We are only restricted by our own lack of imagination, I cannot wait for weather conditions to improve slightly preferably less wind & rain, then all systems go.”

“Friendly and helpful service. However information on returns cost should be improved. Webpage gives an estimate of £60 to return a bulky item, it does not state that this 'bulky item' is only the size of a BBQ and to return a set of garden furniture would be £335.”

“Great service as always from Riverside. The weber cover could be made slightly better with double velcro straps fitted underneath the cart, as we reside in a very windy area. One of our neighbours lost his weber cover through the wind catching it underneath, never to be found, an expensive loss! Otherwise, great.”

“Parts Were missing but was quickly rectified. Unfortunately had to miss our intended gathering and the reason we bought the BBQ but not riversides fault. Also price matched when we requested. Thanks”

“The chairs and tables are perfect, service and delivery was very quick. Only complaint was the delivery guys left soooo much packaging and a pallet that they refused to take with them. They also would help carry the furniture to the patio as they weren't allowed to carry anything up the two steps for health and safety reasons. Quite frustrating after such good service placing the order.”
