“Quick delivery. Beech hedge screen good quality but has small gaps so you can see through it a bit. But much better quality than cheaper products”

“The product is great but has some disappointment with the delivery as it stated order by 3pm for next day delivery on main page in big bold print. Little did it advise me that if the product is over a certain weight it is next working day. Ordered on Friday expecting it to arrival Saturday as I consider Saturday a work day but was advised it would be Monday. Check the small print to see if you order is applicable for either next day delivery or next working day as completely different”

“Riverside service was good I had a real problem with DPD and delivery of item. They failed to follow through with delivery insructions. I finally received the item by picking it up at a local DPD drop off centre. The time in involved with phone calls to DPT proved totally unsuccessful. Riverside intervened otherwise i wonder if i would have ever received the item Thank you”

“Artificial 5ft eucalyptus tree Good - quality and colour and realistic Bad. - Was not Next day delivery as quoted. Wouldn’t say it was 5 ft. Just under.”

“My Weber Spirit BBQ was delivered without issue, but the cover I also ordered was missing. I contacted Riverside about the issue and it was resolved quickly. I would use Riverside again in the future, and their prices were very competitive (especially with the promotion on Weber items at the time I was looking to buy).”

“Just received my Webber Q1200, just what I wanted, good price in the winter sale, and quick delivery so all good. The problem has been with a hose and cover I ordered after the BBQ, First it was out of stock, then delivery did not happen, now I here its lost in the post. DPD are looking for a lost parcel, good job its too cold, wet and windy to cook out side. However Riverside have been good to deal with its not there fault. DPDs problem I guess.”

“Very good price and prompt delivery. The lid was damaged on arrival but customer support handled the situation very well and have arrange for a replacement lid to be sent out and included a couple of free accessories for my trouble. Great Service.”
