“Very good but found the delivery information was not very clear - thought I was getting next day delivery which I paid extra for - therefore the BBQ should have arrived on the Friday - it arrived about 12.10 on the Saturday.”

“Good price on Weber smokey mountain, delivered on time. On line videos showing the weber range and explaining the differences between the sizes, very helpful and I feel that I bought the right size for my family. I used Riverside after reading positive reviews on line around good customer service when items have had to be returned etc.”

“Love the new Weber Spirit 2 grill . One thing different when fitting the I Grill 3 on this model is the mounting point for the battery pack . It’s behind the gas bottle instead of under the right hand table shelf as in the Genesis 2 . As for the buying experience with Riverside, I was very happy with the service and swapped out the recommended cover before delivery as I found out it was for a 2 burner grill . The right cover is now displayed on the website . The only small gripe is that my assembled bbq was left at the front door and I could’ve done with a hand getting it into the garden.”

“It must be a typical story. First good barbecue weekend of the year and the Weber needs some TLC after a winter skulking in the garage. I needed a new 57cm cooking grate . I ordered it on a Saturday, paid a little more than normal for delivery (I would have used the amount in petrol looking around locally) and it arrived in time to use the next day - a Sunday. And if that's not good enough, it was a bank holiday weekend. My first experience of Riverside and not the last.”

“First time using Riverside and placed two orders. The first was delivered next day as expected and everything was present and well packaged. The second was delayed by a day (not a huge problem) however the courier seemed incapable of following a simple instruction. I asked for delivery to be delayed by an extra day due to it being a pallet, this was confirmed to me however the courier still arrived at my property on the original date meaning it had to be left behind the gate. Not a huge incvenience but mildly irritating. Overall however I cannot fault Riverside with an easy to use website, prompt delivery and most importantly competitive pricing.”
