“Just as ordered Delivery was intially said to be next day(by email) but it arrived the following day - after a further email from DPD with time slot. Only one day later than initial estimate so no delay in getting out there to BBQ! Thank you”

“Slight confusion regarding delivery dates, I called Riverside after staying home for the emailed day of delivery which was the 16th, it was then sorted and arrived on the 18th. (not DPD as stated) I must add a perfect product. Many thanks.”

“The cover is very good but I am a bit disappointed in the trolly. After the second time I used it ,the red retaining clip which hold the trolly up broke off ! I now have to secure it in place with a plastic tie.”

“Good service only one hickup automatic system informed me that BBQ would arrive on Friday and not the Saturday as booked, also text message saying Friday phone. Riverside said that it was still being delivered on Saturday so only waited for four hours on Friday”

“The service was very good, easy website (for a novice like me), and delivery prompt. I also like the offer of cooking tips which I will look at when I have time. The grill is also very good except that the igniter fails most of the time and I have to manually like the burners. (I have tried changing the battery)”
