“Good service with the product received on time, with the product working well, at an excellent price. I would have scored it very good, but I did not get a confirmation email / notice stating my order had been made. I just received a payment made notice from Amazon Pay that did not stipulate what my purchase was. Can you look into improving notification if using Amazon pay to make purchase”

“Customer service was excellent and products were dispatched within the expected time frame! Thank you. There were some issues with delivery but I appreciate this was outside of riverside’s control. Some accessories, when bought separately, get packaged within the main item’s box which I was unaware of. Therefore I ended up chasing what appeared to be a missing item. I would recommend this practice is made clearer to customers to save any possible confusion.”

“Riverside were a company quick and easy to deal with, the product was good, however the delivery was very poor. We were given a delivery day, which we could change if required, but the delivery window was 8am - 6pm There was no phone call an hour before, as with most delivery companies so we had to wait in all day. The parcel did not arrive the day and we had to wait until 17:55 the next day before we took possession of our parcel. The van drive said we were not in!! but when questioned one day two he admitted he had trouble finding us. (Most delivery drivers do not have this problem, they phone if necessary).”

“A poor start due to failures of delivery company. Staff at Riverside very helpful and eventually product arrived. We were so pleased with our purchase ,immediately ordered a further two. this time delivery took place 24 hrs later. .thank you.”

“Order arrived quickly but it was a shame that delivery label stuck directly on weber box as it is intended as a present for my son in law.. Although it is important to keep packaging to a minimum , there should be an option to allow for packaging if a present. Rotisserie not used as yet as birthday not until next week”

“Product is excellent. Only problem was with myself! I had somehow put in the wrong postcode so the delivery didn't come to my address. Couldn't change it so decided to get it from nearest pickup point.”

“This cover fits my Weber Q200 BBQ nicely. The quality appears to be good but the true test will be to see how long it lasts. There is only one strap and I am not sure where it is meant to be attached to to keep the cover in place. I live in a windy place so this is quite important for me.”
