“Not used my Bar-B-Q yet but as it is a replacement for an old one I have. I guess it will be great. My only quibble I asked for Sunday delivery and I was advised it would arrive Monday having waited in especially”

“I received an email from Riverside to say that my parcel would be delivered on the 31st August - however DPD did not deliver my parcel until the 4th September! I did not get a message from DPD to say it was being delivered on that day, as the parcel was put on the van at the last minute and was not entered into the computer system. Otherwise I have been very pleased with the service from Riverside.”

“Everything arrived upside down in one packet so I was nervous about the condition of the contents - perfect!! Every works well in my house. The plants are really well made and nice quaility. I re-potted the draconcea with succulents and that was easy it arrived in a huge aluminium pot which I reused. The Tillandsia was really realistic. The pink grass looks good from a distance but is not obviously plastic at all. Riverside delivered fast to Spain no problems whatsoever. I will use again for sure. Thanks to you all. And I got a free baby succlulent wich is outside in the sun repotted. A really good freebie.”

“Quick delivery of artificial fucia hanging basket and nicely packaged. Was a bit dissapointed it looks so fake for the price paid but its hanging up and looks pretty.”

“Rub delivered but one of the lids had split in 2. The envelope was full of rub, maybe a courier issue and a rethink in lid design. The rub itself is great.”

“The whole experience of shopping online was quick and the delivery came with absolutely no issues at all. Loved it. Will be making more purchases online related to my Weber grill through Riverside for sure. Plus, items were cheaper than other areas I shopped!”

“Product is Good , looks well made at a good price . However your customer service were not aware that DPD delivered on a Saturday and a Sunday and would not phone them to chase up a missing delivery . Only at my most insistance would they phone . Goods then arrived too late on our Departure Date mid day Monday to Ullswater for sailing . They should have arrived on Sat . Still look forward to using the BBQ in future”

“Lovely looking parasol. We bought the heavy stone base on wheels 90 kg. Just installed, still new so we cannot comment further. However be aware that the wheels on the base are only helpful if the surface underneath is smooth. Otherwise not so easy to reposition on york stones for example. Any ridges you hit require some strength to move over them. The taupe colour is gorgeous.”
