“Look lovely on my fence but shame some of the flowers fell off during delivery. My suggestion would be too fold flat in boxes not rolled up.”

“Slight problem with the delivery but all sorted. I'm really please with the BBQ and the service from Riverside...Great videos by the way. This BBQ was much better value the purchasing from one of those stores that are never knowingly undersold. Should be a great summer! Many thanks Riverside”

“Our cover blew away in wind we had the other week even though it was held down with bungies. The new one arrived with in days. I made a strap that goes under and over the BBQ. Maybe Velcro on each leg would help.”

“I had excellent service from Riverside, but the delivery let things down, I was to have a Sunday delivery and waited for my slot , but the email never came and I didn’t hear from carrier, I called Riverside and they were very apologetic, the parcel came the next day but I had to stay in two days which was a pain.! I asked Riverside for some compensation, which they said they would look into, but I have never heard back”

“Bean bag is lovely, had a problem with this particular bag not turning up and is still lost??!! But this is an issue with Parcelforce. Riverside did chase up things for me but think they should have come down harder on Parcelforce as the bag is still missing and that’s a lot of money to misplace!!!”

“I was surprised to receive my product with no packaging whatsoever - there was a space for the label to be stuck on the back of the box which it was - I’ve never received anything of this value with an additional charge for next day delivery with no packaging - it was a gift for a friend who could have taken delivery of it - I would then have been very annoyed - having said that there were only a couple of marks on the box so all was ok”

“Fantastic range of well priced products. It was a nice touch sending the video on assembly of the bbq. I would have given 5 stars if it were not for the hassle we encountered with the payment process which we have never experienced before.”

“From the price to ease of purchase everthing was excellent from Riverside. On the downside the delivery was very poor, with the pallet being left outside on the pavement by a very grumpy driver...”

“Excellent product range & well priced. Although I did notice that the price on this Weber bbq did increase by 10% which happened to coincide with an extra 20% discount promotion after Christmas. I would have awarded 5 stars were it not for the issues both my husband & myself experienced trying to pay for the item. However, the new arrived well packaged & as expected. Thank you.”
